Event Tickets & Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital event tickets and services, all sales are final and non-refundable unless:
- The event is canceled by the organizer.
- You are charged more than once for the same item.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind, scheduling conflicts, or missed attendance.
Event Cancellation or Rescheduling
In the rare event that an advertised show or festival is canceled or rescheduled:
- You will be notified via the contact details you provided at checkout.
- Refunds (in case of cancellation) will be processed within 14 business days.
- If rescheduled, your ticket will remain valid for the new date, or you may request a refund.
